A gentle space to return to yourself every week.
At the beginning of each week, we open a simple space to pause.
A moment to step out of the movement of the outside world…
and gently return to yourself.
Monday Meditation Pause is a weekly online meditation space where we come together to breathe, settle, and reconnect with the present moment.
By offering alternating morning 8am, and evening 8pm sessions, the space meets you where you are — whether you are arriving at the beginning of your day or towards the end of it.
Who this experience is perfect for:
✨ Those curious about meditation – Whether you are new or experienced, you are welcome to come exactly as you are.
✨ Anyone seeking a gentle weekly rhythm – A simple moment in the week to return to presence and inner stillness.
✨ Anyone who feels the need to pause – If life feels busy or overwhelming, this is a space to slow down and reconnect with yourself.
What to expect:
Each session is 30 minutes and gently guided.
Together we move through a simple rhythm:
🔹 Arriving and settling into the space
🔹 A guided meditation
🔹 A few quiet moments to integrate
This is not a teaching space, but a simple shared pause where we come together to sit in meditation.
There is nothing you need to prepare.
Nothing you need to achieve.
You are welcome to come exactly as you are.
These sessions are offered as a drop-in space, so you can join whenever it feels right for you.

Contribution:
There is a suggested contribution of £2 per session, which helps us continue holding these spaces.
If contributing is not possible for you at this time, you are still very warmly welcome to join.
A Quiet and Supportive Space:

• Participants will only see the guide, not each other
• Sessions are not recorded
