As the busy season approaches, are you craving a moment just for YOU—a chance to pause, reconnect, and start your week with intention?  

Join us on a four-week cacao journey created to bring you into a space of calm, joy, and inner connection—all from the comfort of your own home. 

Whether you’re joining for an individual ceremony or immersing yourself in the full four-week experience, each session is designed to help you pause, reflect, and recharge.

What to Expect Each Week: Each Sunday morning, set aside time to sip ceremonial cacao or a cuppa and immerse yourself in guided meditation, reflection, and connection. Over these four weeks, we’ll explore:

17th Nov - Week 1 - Coming Home to Your Heart – Find grounding and reconnect within.

24th Nov - Week 2 - Igniting Joy – Discover what makes your heart truly smile.

1st Dec - Week 3 - Embracing Your Radiance – Celebrate your unique gifts and connect with your inner light.

8th Dec - Week 4 - Celebrating Your Inner Light – Reflect on your journey and feel recharged for the season ahead.

This is your invitation to pause, reflect, and rejuvenate—a sanctuary for the soul where you can connect with your heart, set yourself up for the week ahead, and honor the beautiful spirit within you. Whether you’re new to cacao ceremonies or a seasoned participant, this journey is a sacred pause, just for you.

When: Sunday mornings over four weeks. Each cermony begins at 10am and may last between 2 - 3hrs, you are free to leave at any stage you feel complete.

Where: Via Zoom in the comfort of your home. You will receive a confirmation email with the Zoom link after signing up. 

What You’ll Need: Ceremonial cacao (not included) or a cuppa of your choice, notebook, pen and an open heart. Please prepare your cermonial cacao before we begin.
